You may place an order only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country, if higher) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order you represent and warrant that this is the case.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information. Orders placed with false, incomplete or misleading details, or in another person's name without authorisation, may be cancelled at our sole discretion without liability.

MORETO sells hair extensions made from natural human hair. We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours, shades and textures may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting and device settings, and natural hair may vary slightly from batch to batch. Such minor variations are inherent to natural hair, are not a defect, and do not entitle you to a refund.

Product images, illustrations and "before/after" pictures are for illustration purposes only. Results depend on your own hair, application and styling, and are not guaranteed.

It is your responsibility to choose the correct product, shade and length. We offer free shade-matching advice; any recommendation we give is a non-binding opinion and the final choice is yours.

Prices on the English Site are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). All prices are final and include free shipping, applicable taxes (including Israeli VAT) and import duties and customs fees in your destination country. You will not be asked to pay any additional taxes or duties on delivery for an order shipped to the address you provided.

Your card issuer or bank may apply currency conversion and/or foreign-transaction fees. These are set by your bank, are outside our control and are your sole responsibility.

We may change prices, promotions and product availability at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you submit payment. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after confirmation.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when your payment has been approved and we have sent you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorised or high-risk transactions, stock unavailability, pricing errors, resale purposes, or shipping restrictions to your destination. If we cancel a paid order, our sole obligation is to refund the amount you paid.

We may limit quantities per customer, per household or per order, and may refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Payments are processed by our licensed third-party payment provider, PayPlus. We do not receive or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

We and our payment provider may carry out identity, address and fraud checks, and may request additional verification (such as a copy of identification or proof of card ownership) before dispatch. If verification is not provided within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled.

Promotional and discount codes are personal, single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained or used in violation of their conditions will be voided and the order may be cancelled or charged at full price.

We ship free of charge worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, pandemics, war, security situations or any other event outside our control do not entitle you to cancel, a refund or compensation.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect a parcel. Re-shipping costs in such cases will be charged to you.

Title to and risk of loss of the products pass to you once the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided, or collected from a pickup point, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking. Any claim of a parcel marked as "delivered" but not received must be raised with us in writing within 3 days of the carrier's delivery date.

Taxes, import duties and customs fees for international orders are included in our prices and are handled by MORETO and our shipping partners. If a carrier or customs authority nonetheless asks you for a payment on delivery, do not pay it – contact us immediately at info@moretohair.co.il and we will resolve it with the carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details and for ensuring that the products may be lawfully imported and used in your country. If a parcel is refused, abandoned or not collected, no refund will be issued for the products, and any return shipping or destruction fees will be deducted or charged to you.

We will declare the true value and nature of the goods on all customs documents as required by law and will not mark orders as "gifts" or under-declare their value.

Hygiene. Hair extensions are personal-care products. For health and hygiene reasons, a product can be exchanged or returned only if it is completely unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in exactly the condition in which it was delivered. Any product that has been opened, removed from its packaging, tried on, worn, washed, brushed, cut, coloured, heat-styled, chemically treated or otherwise altered cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Time limit. A request to exchange or return must be submitted to us in writing at info@moretohair.co.il within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number. Products sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Inspection. Every returned product is inspected on arrival. If it does not meet the conditions above, it will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your expense (or held for 30 days and then disposed of if you do not pay for its return).

Costs. Unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, return shipping costs, insurance and any customs or duty charges on the return are the customer's responsibility. Currency-conversion and bank fees are non-refundable. Returned parcels must be sent with a tracked service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only, in the original currency, for the product price actually paid, within 14 business days of approval. We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences. Where required by applicable law, a cancellation fee may be deducted as permitted by that law.

Defective or incorrect items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the product and packaging, before using it. After verification, our sole obligation will be, at our option, to replace the item or refund its price.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory, non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

If you have any problem with your order, you agree to contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity (at least 14 days) to resolve it before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.

Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as confirmed by carrier tracking, or for reasons covered by these Terms (such as change of mind outside the return window, used products or delivery times), constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases we will contest the dispute and provide the card issuer with all relevant evidence, including order details, IP and device data, delivery tracking, correspondence and your acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to recover the disputed amount, chargeback fees and reasonable collection costs, and to refuse future orders.

Use the products only as described in our care and application instructions. Perform a patch test and stop using the product immediately if you experience any irritation or discomfort. Do not sleep, swim or exercise intensively wearing clip-in extensions unless instructed otherwise. Keep away from children.

We are not liable for any damage, hair loss, breakage, irritation or injury resulting from improper application, excessive tension, heat styling above recommended temperatures, chemical treatments, colouring, or any use contrary to our instructions or the advice of a professional.

All content on the Site – including the MORETO name and logo, texts, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, designs and code – is owned by MORETO or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws worldwide. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, download, modify, distribute, publish, frame or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; interfere with its security or operation; use bots, scrapers or automated tools; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; submit false orders, reviews or information; impersonate any person; or resell our products under the MORETO name without written authorisation. We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaches these Terms.

By submitting reviews, photos, messages or any other content to us or about our products, you grant MORETO a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, edit and publish that content in any media for marketing and business purposes, and you confirm that you own the rights to it. We may remove any content at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available". Except as expressly stated in these Terms, MORETO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, durability and uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site. The lifespan of hair extensions depends on use and care and is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MORETO, its owners, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Site, the products or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, MORETO's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MORETO, its owners, employees and partners from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products or the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, hostilities, terrorism, security situations, government actions, strikes, carrier or customs disruptions, power or internet failures, or supplier failures.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from the use of the Site or the purchase of products, wherever you are located, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, and only on an individual basis – not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.

If you are a consumer residing in a country whose law grants you mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract, those mandatory rights are not affected.

These Terms are provided in Hebrew and English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation, the Hebrew version shall prevail, to the extent permitted by law.

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Site. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MORETO.
