Shipping & Returns

Every MORETO order ships free of charge worldwide. Orders are shipped from our studio in Tel Aviv with full tracking.

Delivery within 7–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Our prices include all taxes and import duties. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery – the price you see at checkout is the final price.

You can exchange or return a product within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, extensions that have been opened, worn or altered cannot be returned.
